HAITI / 0.70 liter,- Pot Still Rhum - Distillerie Arawaks

A fine award-winning Cask Aged White Rum. This superbly balanced mixing rum is twice filtered through natural charcoal for great clarity and purity, then aged for at least 3 years in 45 gallon ex-bourbon oak casks.

The El Dorado 12 Year Old possesses a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavours, owing largely to the estery richness acquired from the EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.

The El Dorado 15 Year Old is artfully blended using marques from the EHP Wooden Coffey, the Metal Coffey, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still.

The Cuvée Koffi is an assemblage of 24 different Single Farm Origins, each with its own unique terroir-derived flavor. These flavors are enhanced by four different barrel types

Batch No. 010 marks a decade in the history of Glengoyne's Cask Strength series of limited annual releases. It's a dram the distillers really took time over and they would love for you to do the same.

Matured in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks and hand-selected refill casks, the 15 Year Old celebrates the contrast and harmony from marrying these casks, allowing Glengoyne's light and fruity signature house style to shine.

Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness. This is the taste of distilling slower than anyone else in Scotland, of barley dried by air – never peat – and of hand-selected sherry casks crafted from European and American oak.
