This Young Style gin is made from 100% grain alcohol and distilled malt wine. The refined combination of both distillates and some enriching spices flavors gives Herman Jansen young gin its most pleasant and mellow taste.
This gin is made from 100% grain alcohol and authentically distilled malt wine, aged for at least 3 years. A combination of both distillates together with enriching herbs and spices such as juniper berries, licorice, orange and anise.
Intensely deep malt notes. A select portion of the malt wine gin is aged for a minimum of 10 years in oak barrels, this makes it complex but approachable. Hints of dark chocolate, toasted wood, anise and honey characterize this gin.
Combined with four exceptional distillations and aged for more than 15 years in oak casks, the 15 years old can easily match a fine single malt whiskey.

A tribute to the gin capital "Black Nazareth," nickname of the city of Schiedam at the time when it was home to more than 400 distilleries. A blend of 5-year aged malt wine with a 3-year aged spelt gin.
The Schiedam mill "De Vrijheid" (1785) supplies the processed grains that are distilled in a copper pot still according to centuries-old tradition into malt wine to which spices are added that provide a fresh and spicy character.
This gin was distilled in 2010 and aged in barrels until 2014. After a four-year period, the gin was transferred to old port barrels and aged for another 10 years!
