Highland Park 10 Year Old Viking Scars is aged primarily in sherry casks of European and American oak. It is a lively and smooth single malt with aromas of crushed citrus fruit and lightly whipped vanilla cream.

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest.

Orkney is steeped in Norse folklore and the story of Sigurd the dragon-slayer – who licked dragon’s blood from his thumb and was granted powers of wisdom and prophesy - inspired this single malt whisky’s name and bold dramatic character.

For the Discarded Banana Peel Rum, Discarded Spirits Co. uses a base of Caribbean rum, which was originally used to season empty whisky casks at William Grant and Sons, and blend it with an extract made from banana peels.
