Doorlys 3 Year White rum is produced at the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. This Doorly's white rum is aged for 3 years. After aging, the spirit was filtered, removing the color from the liquid, but not the flavor profile.

Doorly’s 5 Year Old is produced at the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled without added sweeteners or flavourings, it is a solid, flavourful fum which should be ideal for cocktails, or a nice Rum Punch!

Doorly's 12 Year Old is a blend of rums distilled at Foursquare in column and pot still (for complexity and depth). 90% of the blend is aged for 12 years in bourbon casks, the rest is aged in Madeira casks.

Doorly's 14 Year Old is a blend of rums distilled by Foursquare in column and pot still (for complexity and depth). Aged entirely in American white oak barrels in the tropics, this rum has been reduced to a 48° proof to fully express its richness.

Doorly’s Fine Old Barbados Rum (Doorly’s XO) is a product of R. L. Seale & Co. Ltd., distilled at the Four Square Distillery in Barbados. The Doorly’s XO is blended from aged rum stocks which are said to vary from six years to ten years of age.

To bring out the beloved characteristics of coastal malts, the Master Blender at Mossburn has chosen to use first fill ex-bourbon cask staves and heavily toasted European oak cask heads, to enhance the whisky with an additional smoky spice.
