This bottle was produced at Ailsa Bay Distillery, and has previously been marketed as Dalrymple. Ailsa bay distillery was built to produce a Balvenie style of malt for blends such as monkey shoulder.

A warming and smoky version of Lochlea single malt through the use of ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks. The colour of the label reflects the icy winters on the plains of Ayrshire.

Daftmill is a family-run farm distillery, and spirit production only takes place in the farm's quiet periods – midsummer and winter, so it's always exciting to see a new release.

Specially aged in former Oloroso sherry butts from Jerez de la Frontera. Berry and cherry jam with dark chocolate and ginger cookies and cinnamon!

Specially aged in Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred wine barriques from Spain. sweet and spicy at the same time with plums and red berries, dark toffee, clove and cinnamon followed by a pleasant smoky tone. Very soft and wonderfully supple.

Embra has received positive reviews, including a score of 92 points from Whisky Advocate, which praised the whisky for its light and sweet character with subtle smoke notes.

The whisky is matured in a mix of first-fill bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a balance of sweet malty notes and fruity yeast aromas, enveloped by warm, spicy vanilla influences.

Blood Oak gets its name from being aged in bourbon and red wine casks, which contributed to some deep crimson hues. It contains a hint of spice with notes of red fruit and ginger.

Each bottle of new spirit, bottled at 63.4%, offers a unique insight into the rich history of Scottish whisky. Additionally, the set includes an exclusive "blended at birth" bottling, bringing together all the distilleries in a single blend.
