This rum is a blend of both Pot Still and Column still. It has a lot of character retrieved from 20 years of aging in Panama. After the long aging it was sent to Denmark where we have given it a finish in a used Islay whisky cask for 2½ year.

2016 & 2017 Harvest, 100% POT STILL, 4,002 numbered bottles. This rum is an incredibly complex blend, bringing to life the complexity of St Lucy, Barbados and the Mount Gay Estate terroir.
