The Worthy Park High Ester 7 Years Old is a special addition to our offerings. This unique rum product comes from the Lluidas Vale region of Jamaica. A Single Estate rum, crafted and aged on the estate itself, Worthy Park is steeped in Jamaican rum tradition, with roots dating back to 1741.
Strength of High Esters: Jamaican rums are known for their "high ester" style, which provides intense aromas and flavors. Through a lengthy fermentation process and traditional pot still distillation, this rum takes on layers of rich, fruity notes that take you straight to Jamaican rum history.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Overripe bananas and mangoes, with a hint of green olives.
Palate: Soft and buttery, with ripe banana, mango and a hint of lychee.
Finish: Medium-long finish of ripe fruit, with subtle yogurt tones. A layered and balanced glass in which the character of high ester shines through.
