Zacapa "La Doma" 23yo Heavenly Cask Collection (40% ABV)

Zacapa Centenario 23 LA DOMA is a Limited Edition rum nicknamed "The Taming Cask." This rum is part of Zacapa's Heavenly Cask Collection which consists of a total of 4 premium expressions. Several rum distillates ranging in age well past 20 years have been carefully selected by Master Blender Lorena Vásquez.
Each rum belonging to the series introduces you to aromas characteristic of important parts of the production process. The La Doma expresses the effect of rum's re-maturation in ex-bourbon whiskey barrels and how this translates to flavor. Rich aromas of sugarcane, layers of tropical fruit and a hint of vanilla are prominent in this rum.
