Zuidam Oude Genever Special N. 32 - 4YO White Port Cask (38%)

Zuidam Oude Genever White Port 4 years old is a barrel-aged aged genever from Zuidam Distillers from Baarle Nassau. Distilled on March 18th 2019, this genever was aged for 4 years in former white port barrels. The Genever was bottled on April 27th 2023 as 1 of only 2293 bottles as a limited small batch release.

Tasting notes:
Scent: Super fruity, Fresh and full-bodied with notes of citrus complemented by more subtle floral aromas of jasmine and white roses. With some time in the glass notes of vanilla, honey, green apple and peach.
Flavour: Fresh and rich. The first impression is a fruit salad with white grapes, green apples, apricots and peach. Then notes of oranges with delicate notes of white chocolate.
Finish: Medium-bodied, with soft friendly notes of apples and peach and orange with honey
