Coppa Cocktail Strawberry Daiquiri

Drinks International’s Pre-Mix Challenge 2012 gold medal winning cocktail, Coppa Strawberry Daiquiri blends rum with lime juice, sugar and strawberry liqueur.

Based on the original Cuban Daiquiri, a family of cocktails made using rum, lime juice and sugar. It is thought that the original daiquiri is named after a beach, and is said to be one of the favorite drinks of Ernest Hemingway.

The strawberry daiquiri is one of many flavoured versions of the original Cuban cocktail. Cool, colorful and deliciously sweet it is made from rum, lime juice, strawberry liqueur, sugar and strawberries.
